The Ride

“To Revel” means to take great pleasure. If you revel in something, you’re not just pleased or excited; you’re moved by it.

When we decided to open a spin studio, we thought about all of the reasons that people love indoor cycling. As we continued to talk to people, one thing remained consistent, spinning is not, “one size fits all.” While the concept is generally the same (pedaling to catchy music in a dimly lit environment), there are certain qualities that draw some people to one type of class and others to a class that is entirely different.

At Revel Ride, we offer 3 types of class; Ride, Rhythm and Power.

Our Revel in the Rhythm class focuses heavily on choreography and encourages the group to move in unison with the beat of the music.

If you’re driven by numbers such as RPM’s and watts, (because they make you feel more accountable), our Revel in the Power class might be more your speed.

And for those of you not sure what you’re looking for in a spin class other than a fun, full-body workout that will leave you toned and covered in sweat, we offer Revel in the Ride – a hybrid class that will appeal to riders at any level.

We are confident that regardless of your personality or preference, we will provide an experience that you won’t just love – you’ll revel in it.

Booking

Revel Ride offers multiple classes a day, seven days a week at all of our locations. Booking windows vary based on location, click the Book a Ride page for details. The online schedule will always reflect the most up-to-date information regarding substitutions and cancellations.
To book a bike, you must have paid rides on your account. Booking a bike includes where you would like to sit in the room.

Cancellations

You can cancel a class by calling the studio, going to our website, or through our mobile app (this one can be a bit tricky – go to Profile → Upcoming Classes, and swipe left on the class that you want to cancel to reveal the option). Rides can be canceled without penalty up to 12 hours before the start of class. Riders who have a class pack or a monthly credit package will simply lose the ride if they choose to late cancel or not attend the class – there will be no additional charge. For monthly unlimited members, you will automatically be charged a $20 late cancellation/no-show fee.

Waitlist

If your selected class is full, you can join the waitlist. In order to sign up for a waitlist, you must have an available credit that will get redeemed at the time of sign up, (you will not be able to use the same credit to book another class).

– 12 hours before class

If a bike opens up, you will be automatically added into the class and will receive an email notification. No confirmation is required by you. The standard cancellation policy will be in effect, (you will need to cancel off the waitlist 12+ hours prior to the class in order to be refunded the credit).

– Within 12 hours of class

If you are still on the waitlist at this time, and a bike opens up, you will receive a text or call to confirm that you still want the spot. If you cannot be reached or decide to not take the bike, you will NOT be charged. If you do confirm to be added into the class, but are a no show, standard cancellation policy will apply. If we cannot get a hold of you, we will move on to the next person on the waitlist. If there is a full class and people are waiting at the studio for a bike, they will be released to them, 2 minutes prior to the start of class. If you’re running late, but intend on coming, please call the studio so we don’t give your bike away.

Revel in the Experience

You are going to sweat. A lot. Wear clean clothes and don’t skip the deoderant.
Please be on time and try your best to stay for the entirety of class, because nothing ruins the vibe of a spin class like opening the door in the middle of it.

Check In

Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before class….especially if you’re new to Revel Ride. The team will help set you up on your bike and get you ready to go before you ride. Please note that if you do not arrive a minimum of 2 minutes before class we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed entry into class as priority is then given to those who are waitlisted and present. If you are running late, but still plan on coming, please call the studio and let them know you’re on your way. Riders that arrive 10 minutes after class has started, will not be permitted into the class.

Revel in the Ride

Class is a time to let go of any outside distractions – absolutely no cell phones are allowed in the Revel studio, (even if you’re trying to post about how amazing it is). If you are expecting an urgent call, leave your phone with the front desk and we will get you if needed.
